Self-medication

Frustrated with the world, I decided to adopt a new regime this morning. No radio. No TV. No social media (except for my 100happydays project). No online news browsing. Today, I want to be self-centred and choose how I function with a clear mind.

Let’s put the house in order first thing in the morning. Make your bed. Do your laundry. Wash the dishes. Let’s do breakfast at dining table. Read one book out of many you haven’t finished. Travel the world of words and wisdom. Be inspired. Let’s write one short piece a day. Plan for the day. Lingering feelings from yesterday. Wish for the future. Let’s continue one personal project a day. It may not finish today but it will one day. Make progress. Stop procrastinate.
